	Summary:
	New railway line Pljevlja-Bijelo Polje-Kosovo, planed in the Spatial Plan of Montenegro until 2020th, may contribute accelerated development of the Northern region of Montenegro. In the conceptual design of a new railway line is elaborated 7 variant solutins of section 1 Pljevlja-Bijelo Polje and 5 variant solutions of section 2 Bijelo Polje-Kosovo. After implementation of multi-criteria evaluation of alternative solutions, variants are selected for both sections and gives guidelines for their further development, in order to determine the reasonableness of the investment.
