	Summary:
	The actual moment in the Republic of Serbia, when there is a need to atract investors, foreign in particular, as well as an evident lack of a comprehensive overview on the subject matter, have led to the creation of author's work «The Guide for Investors – How to Develop a Facility in the Republic of Serbia». The aim of the guide is to ease to the investers the insight, understanding and solving the complete facility construction, including the implementation and protection of their investment projects. The complete legal, urban and construction procedures processed in one place in an original, clear and accessible way in accordance with the valid legislative of the Republic of Serbia.
