| | This paper analyzes the effects of restitution on agricultural land, on the example of the Municipality of Becej. Restitution, as a current topic and a process that is largely implemented in the Republic of Serbia, was analyzed from the point of view of the impact on agricultural plots, with the aim of determining the impact of restitution on land consolidation. The initial hypothesis of the research is whether the process of restitution leads to land fragmentation. Therefore, the ultimate goal of the research is to determine whether restitution has negative effects on the area of the cadastral municipality in which the land was regulated by land consolidation. |
