 Summary:
 The aim of this paper is to supplement the subject of the paper under the title: 'Generalization of stress-deformation relations for concrete'[1]. The need to better define the modulus of elasticity of concrete that is not sufficiently involved in the practical problems of structural analysis will be considered. The second part of the paper will show how the characteristics of basic rheological models of concrete can be experimentally and theoretically determined
