 Summary:
 This paper presents an analysis of displacements and stresses of thin plate girders with initial geometric imperfections. Numerical calculations were conducted by means of MKTVE software, specialized for visco-elastic analysis according to Finite Strip Method. Obtained results were compared against referent results within this field. Calculations were conducted on thin plate girder with "I" cross section with geometrical imperfection applied in a form of displacement in the middle of the span.
