INFLUENCING FACTORS IN MULTI-FAMILY SOCIAL HAUSING

 Summary:
 Multi-family housing starts developing faster from mid 18th century, with offspring of modern civic social class. The occurrence of rental apartment is the first form of social housing, established for the known user. In 19 th century, so-called social housing is being developed. Workers’ apartments are not substantially different from social housing, which were named after the apartments built by factory owners for workers in their factories. Socio-cultural conditions and technical-technological conditions had branded multi-family housing in 20 th century on the territory of former Yugoslavia, with fast and efficient construction of apartments for workers’ class; under the motto “apartments for all”. End 20 th century, after devastations of war on the territory of former Yugoslavia, the necessity forces development of housing units and facilities for housing refugees and families harmed during 1999 bombing, as affordable social apartments, which are developed fast using domestic construction materials.
