 Summary:
 This paper is shows the results of the simplified analysis for the overall seismic response (basic shear force and momentum) for steel storage tank with different geometric characteristics and for different types of soil. Acceleration of soil is 0,4g. The tank's purpose is to store liquids such as sulfuric acid and water. The calculation has been done according to the regulation of Eurocode 8 and below is presented the analysis of obtained results.
