 Summary:
 Hydro-insulating materials serve not only to prevent the water penetration in a building but to protect it from its harmful influence. The bad water influence on a building is second in a row, just after the fire, and it is the cause of damage and collapse of the construction. The choice of the reliable hydro-insulating material is an investment that will pay off during the exploitation of the construction. The choice problem is often because of the multi-criteria. For solving this problem , the method of analytical hierarchy process –AHP- is suggested.
