 Summary:
Traditional cadastre based on the demonstration of land or cadastral parcels in 2D form, in which the registered ownership and other real rights in land. The question that has increasingly arises is whether this so-called. precisely the situation today is satisfactory. The development of information technology and the needs of users of cadastral data show us that they are no longer sufficient just 2D spatial data is also some level, but should describe in detail the spatial objects rights. The need for developing 3D cadastre was created as a result of the rapid development of urban areas, with large shopping malls, subways, tunnels, where there is overlapping and intertwining structures. This leads to difficulties in registration of rights and restrictions in the records that are based on a 2D plot. 3D cadastre is a very current topic in the world geodetic and cadastral scientific circles, but few countries that can boast a fully established and sophisticated 3D cadastre. The subject of this paper is to analyze the development of 3D cadastre in different world countries, which have made significant strides and advances in this field, in order to determine the basis for the development and implementation of 3D cadastre, in the current stage of development.
