 Summary:
 This paper uses daylight and blue green component as inexhaustible resources of nature. Through rethinking and application of the new methodology paper suggests the need for the humanization of human settlements.Through evaluation of conventional planning solutions, paper stimulates innovation, as a new model which is cheaper, complex, smarter and more environmentally friendly. In addition to economic and environmental components is psychological, emotional, intellectual and sensory effects to humans. As such, they are a prerequisite for a pleasant, healthy and happy life of modern man in settlements and make them more resilient to the impacts of climate extremes. The paper model and quantify the observed idikatri resources and ecosystems in order to facilitate the decision making process. All of that is tested in the study of the case, where ecosystem services-ESS function as indicators for: light, photosynthesis, evaporation .. [everything that significantly affects the comfort of human life].
