 Summary:
This paper deals with the problems of applying the principles of sustainable development at the level of responsibility of all participants in the process of creating and a revitalizing the architectural buildings in the central zones of rural settlements, because the rural areas as a tourist destination have the untapped potential and the capacities to compete equally with urban tourist destinations. Currently unused objects could be revitalized and that would "awaken" entire rural communities. Local Agenda by Agenda 21, focuses on actions for solving problems of development and protection of environment, and from the sociological point of view, on operations of the indigenous population groups which allows solving problems of marginalized groups of the population and creates new jobs. Revitalization of unused facilities in rural centers provides the integrity and sustainability of the system.
