| | Summary: |
| | Professional supervision of construction works according to domestic and international conditions is considered in this paper. Following concise review on supervision according to Serbian Building Law and Supervision Regulation, supervision under the terms of FIDIC 1999 (Red Book) is presented detailed. Than comparative table on supervision, composed using key words, is given. In the table supervision according to both Serbian Regulation and FIDIC conditions are compared. The comparison indicates that FIDIC conditions broader and more comprehensive define supervision, than it does Serbian Regulation. The comparison performed is of interest for contractor’s practice. Highway construction in Serbia, presented as the case out of own practice, has given a stimulus for this paper on supervision. |
