ENERGY SUSTAINABLE DESIGN IN MODERN PRACTICE OF BANJA LUKA

 Summary:
 Today is time of intensive build, but quick and hasty acts in the space. Justified is the question: What are you currently building, and how, in the researched area? Requires consideration of the impact of globalization, enhanced cultural interest, preservation of identity, a compromise with nature, that is. dialogue over time (the past, but also to the future) in the climate. Humanity profession involves the acquisition of knowledge through integrated planning, conscienti ous and responsible design, construction .., innovation, use of modern, healthy materials and technologies. The paper affirms the target improve living conditions in the city and announces the successful facade systems. Sustainability and protection are recognized as new entries - energy efficient and sustainable design in the contemporary practice of Banja Luka. Modern client of the architect is expected to follow the three states, the project - feasibility, implementation - maintenance, end of life-century - the cost of removal, ie. quick and thoughtful answer to many questions in architecture. As versatile manager architect and coordinator has an obligation to closely reflect the previously active. That helps you, and customers, ie. instructs them how to understand more and see better. The client expects assistance to the new space created thinking and not lose time in the absence of knowledge.
